Talent Hunt Program

MRV is aware that its growth is also based on the development, personal and professional enhancement of young workers at the beginning of their careers. In this way, the Company created the Talent Hunt Program, which, by means of a differentiated model, selects, qualifies and develops trainees so as to potentiate entrepreneurial outcomes.

Among the program steps there are: The Cycle of Lectures, which presents all the different areas into the Company to the trainees; The Job Rotation, by which trainees get to know the specific routines of areas according to their graduation; and Functional Area, when trainees are admitted into their actual performance areas and are submitted to quarterly assessment follow-ups.
