MRV ENGENHARIA PUTS TOGETHER SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION IN ITS NEW PRODUCT LINES
Without abandoning its focus on innovation and sustainability, MRV Engenharia launches its new product lines: ECO, BIO and PREMIUM, which bring pioneering solutions to the real estate industry. The novelties include unique features and innovation in terms of new finishings, design, interactivity, technology and security. These new features were put together so that each MRV customer is introduced to a new way of living, with unique options as part of his or her household.

The essence of the new product lines is sustainability, perceived in several details such as the certificates that prove MRV’s building accountability, the awards conquered in the industry, and the building techniques used, the innovation displayed in a property’s type of finishing, the technology and connectivity solutions in the condominiums, and the smart features, which are bundled in practical solutions that add even more comfort and well-being for the customers. “It is the sum total of these features that allow us to deliver a product as none another. The new lines had been created and thought for dedicated professionals, who follow the main world research and trends to better meet market requirements and consumers’ needs,” says Rodrigo Resende, MRV’s Communications, Marketing, and Sales Officer.

Among the features of the new line are the Wi-Fi-ready installations in the common areas of residential projects, USB ports, a security system, photovoltaic power generation, available MRV bikes, and an orchard. A new design also will be part of the changes. “We have chosen modern colors for the façade and the doorman's booth, which will have an eco-granite finishing to give a more modern look to the projects. Our focus, from the choice of materials up to fitting at the end of construction, is on the wellbeing of the homeowners. After all, we are dealing with our customers’ big dream of owning a home and this deserves our utmost attention and care,” noted Resende.

The three new lines have the same essence, although each line with some exclusive features. The Eco line offers contemporary design, comfort, and optimal value for money by providing smart construction at affordable prices. The Bio line offers a higher standard of comfort and wellbeing. As for the Premium line, it will consist of high-end properties, occasionally built whenever the company sees a market opportunity.
