ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
ISE CERTIFICATION ISE Is a tool for comparative analysis of the performance of companies listed on the BM & FBOVESPA under the corporate sustainability aspect, based on economic efficiency, environmental balance, social justice and corporate governance. It also broadens the understanding of companies and groups committed to sustainability, differentiating them in terms of quality, level of commitment to sustainable development, fairness, transparency and accountability, product nature, and business performance in the economic and financial dimensions , social, environmental and climate change. The most recent portfolio of the ISE was announced on November 25, 2016 and runs from January 2, 2017 to January 5, 2018. The new portfolio comprises 38 shares of 34 companies, representing 15 sectors and totaling R $ 1.31 billion in market value, equivalent to 52.14% of the total value of companies with shares traded on BM & FBOVESPA (11/22/2016). The ISE portfolio for 2017 marks the beginning of the disclosure of the questionnaire responses as a prerequisite for participation in the Index. With this, the responses of the 34 companies are available at www.isebvmf.com.br. This portfolio also inaugurates the inclusion of the Sustainable Development Objectives (ODS) in the questionnaire in alignment and in a timely manner to the adoption of the ODS by the end of 2015. For the process of this portfolio, 179 companies were invited. Of these, 41 participated in the process, 39 being eligible and two as training. The process of the ISE´s 2017 portfolio again relied on KPMG´s external assurance, which issued a "Limited Assurance Limited" opinion. The ISE process assurance has been carried out since 2012, which gives the index even more credibility and reliability. In addition, ISE follows with the daily monitoring partnership made by the company Corporate Image.
