Compliance carries out Campaign "Bullying: what do I have to do with it?"

MRV reinforces through campaign its commitment not to allow any act of harassment, moral or sexual, in the environment and in work relationships.

MRV values a healthy and safe work environment, based on the principles of mutual trust, respect, cordiality and awareness of treating others well and has a firm performance of not tolerating any act of persecution, embarrassment, threat, or inappropriate insinuations of any kind, in particular those that may characterize moral, virtual or sexual harassment.

In this sense, Compliance carried out the campaign "Bullying: what do I have to do with it?" in order to clarify to employees what is (and is not) harassment, guide how to act in situations such as these and reinforce the importance of reporting on the Confidential Channel.

The campaign promoted several contents to clarify, generate reflection and engagement of employees as the educational live held by the specialist Renato Santos, member of IPRC - Institute of Behavioral Risk Research, pioneering institute in studies on human behavioral risk in Brazilian social and corporate contexts, which addressed the scenario of bullying in Brazil and worldwide, how they happen and how to act in harassing situations. The virtual training used the methodology of with interactive games through scenarios with ethical dilemmas about harassment that had more than 3 thousand views of employees.

At the end of the campaign a video of the President was published, reaffirming our commitment not to accept and not to allow any act of harassment, moral or sexual in the environment and in work relations, along with the dissemination of the booklet "Harassment, what do I have to do with it?" who compiled the content on what it is, the consequences and what to do in cases of harassment.
