
In the dialogue round that took place on the last 18th, Alex Medeiros and Leticia Fonseca Cruz Coelho from MRV&CO, and Felippe Vasconcellos from Ocyan, members of the Ethos Institute, shared how companies adapted their integrity programs and learning in the midst of the pandemic.
ICTS data were presented and demonstrated that complaints of moral and sexual harassment increased during the pandemic, and how the virtual enabled a greater reach in the training and dialogues promoted by the company.
The operation of the reporting channel, the transparency of data regarding the channels, the formation of multipliers, and the methodologies that are thermometer to evaluate the culture of integrity have generated important reflections among the people who were on the circle.
Also highlighted was the social role of the company in promoting integrity beyond its walls, especially the discussion on the Maria da Penha Law and the relationship of the law to cases of harassment at work, and the importance of discussing these issues beyond the complaints received, as a way to promote a social transformation
