MRV&CO LAUNCHES NEW CODE OF CONDUCT'S TRAINING

The new training has gaming activities and playful language to make easier to absorb the content of the MRV&CO Code of Conduct's.

At the beginning of march was available the new training of the MRV&CO’s Code of Conduct to all administrative contributors of all hierarchical levels, with the purpose of taking knowledge and commits with the guidelines and values of the company, that is doing the right thing always and making our integrity culture stronger every day.

The content of the training was updated to follow the evolution of the company and its governance, the society’s movement and regulatory news.

Using a dynamic shape, the new e-learning training has gaming activities, easy language and uses a ludic presentation, keeping it interesting and making easy to comprehend the most important themes. It also has sign language.

The training presents important themes, as:

  • Presidency’s message
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Sexual and moral assault
  • Privacy and protection of personal data
  • Fraud prohibition
  • Conflict of interest with specific subtopics
  • Donation and sponsorship
  • Sustainability: environmental, social responsibility, corporate governance

To reinforce the training, the company had the valuable support of the Guardians of Integrity in the mission to share and promote the course to as many people as possible to complete the training in time.

The Guardians of Integrity are contributors of MRV&CO from different sections acting as multipliers of the integrity culture of the company, being supporters of the Compliance. 1O Guardians were the spotlight in the mission and had the recognition of their leaders.

The training is a part of the institutional path and must be done by all new collaborators counting 30 days starting from the hiring day. To make sure that the content is being absorbed, there is a test where the collaborator needs to achieve 70% minimum grade and also accept the commitment to the Code of Conduct to finish the training.
