
On March 10, took place the launch event of the "2030's Strategy of the Brazil Network of the Global Pact ", at the Museum of Image and Sound in São Paulo, in which the Brazil Global Compact Network and the consultancy Falconi presented the guidelines for the business sector can meet, in the next ten years, all 17 SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) of the UN. The project establishes priority and metric action plans for Brazilian companies to increase their social, environmental and positive governance impacts, fully inserting sustainability into their operations.
The event also officially presented in Brazil the SGD Action Manager, which helps companies measure how they are influencing and impacting the SDGS and also marked the first dialogue with the private sector in celebration of the 75 years of the UN in the world.
On that occasion, our president, Eduardo Fischer, was invited to participate in the panel "Partnerships for the Achievement of the Sdgs: Generating Impact in Great Impact" in which it demonstrated the case of MRV&CO to continue working with the Sustainable Development Goals throughout our production chain. Karine Bueno - Head of Sustainability of Santender Brasil, Cristina Palmaka - CEO of SAP Brasil Carlos Massaru Takahashi - CEO of Blackrock in Brazil who presented examples of what he has been doing in their organizations so that existing partnerships generate scale and impacts increasingly positive and sustainable for their business.
