MRV&CO PARTICIPATES IN THE SEMINAR "ETHICS & COMPLIANCE FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT" PROMOTED BY CBIC
Alex Medeiros, Executive Manager of Risks, Internal Audit and Compliance, together with other experts, spoke about the importance of spreading the topic to combat corruption in the country.
Sinduscon-SP received on October 30, 2018 the seminar "Ethics & Compliance for effective management", promoted by the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC), in correlation with Sesi Nacional.
The Executive Manager of Risks, Internal Audit and Compliance of MRV Engenharia, Alex de Souza Medeiros, participated in the panel together with the former Minister of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), Eliana Calmon, political scientist Leonardo Barreto, the Secretary of Economic Development, Social and Tourism of Campinas, André Von Zuben, and the president of the Forum of Social Action and Citizenship (Fasc) of CBIC, Ana Claudia Gomes.

Alex de Souza Medeiros presented the successful case of MRV, which works since 2007 effectively with the management of ethics and has an integrity program that has completed one year. " It is very important to promote initiatives that make company rules clearer and create a culture that encourages ethics. Help all employees to pass on these values".
