
The FIEMG System promoted on 02/12 the Public and Private Sectors Together for Integrity Seminar on the occasion was also launched the Integrity Guide for Private Institutions.
The event was held with the support of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) Section Minas Gerais, represented by Superintendent Breno Barbosa Cerqueira Alves, of the Comptroller General of the State (CGE) represented by the Controller-General Rodrigo Fontenelle de Araújo Miranda and with support from the Municipality of Belo Horizonte (CTGM) represented by General Controller Leonardo de Araújo Ferraz.
The union of efforts between public authorities and the private sector in favor of a more upright country was highlighted by the General Controller of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte, Leonardo de Araújo Ferraz. "The idea of a public-private split has to be left behind, because Brazil has to be re-signified. Today the public power needs private initiative and I think that this partnership can effectively move forward".
To present the challenges in structuring the integrity program Alex Medeiros, Executive Manager of Risks, Internal Audit, Corporate Security and Compliance of MRV Engineering was invited to attend the table, together with Mário Vinicius Spinelli the General Ombudsman of Petrobras and Neuma Moreira, Governance and Compliance Manager of Angloamerican. At the end Francisco Gaetani, a professor at the Brazilian School of Public Administration and Business of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, spoke about integrity, innovation and development.
