The "Debate for integrity" took place on 03/27/2018, at the headquarters of the City Hall of Belo Horizonte, with the theme "Compliance: Challenges and Opportunities". The debate had an audience of more than 160 people, with representatives from the public, private sector and civil society.
The MRV Legal and Compliance Officer, Maria Fernanda Menin, opened the event. The Independent Board Member of MRV Paulo Brant and Raphael Lafetá, Director of Institutional Relations were also present.
The discussion table was composed by: Mário Spinelli, Petrobras' Ombudsman, Tiago Fantini, Deputy Controller of the General Controller's Office of the OAB / MG, Tatiana Camarão, a professor at the Una University Center and member of the OAB / MG Compliance Committee, Cláudia Valente - Legal and Compliance Manager of Grupo Elfa and Cláudia Costa de Araújo Fusco, Deputy General Controller of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte.
Then, on March 28, the "Training in Prevention of Corporate Corruption for Companies (DEPE)" was held at MRV's headquarters, which brought together twenty-five (25) company suppliers and interest in the subject.
According to Maria Fernanda Menin, MRV's Compliance Officer, participating in these events reinforces MRV's commitment to Ethics, Transparency and Efficiency in all activities of the group.
